We have a cherry tree in our back garden 
it was all very pretty when the cherries were just ripening, but then the pigeons and the blackbirds came and ate them all.
They taste nasty anyway, they're Morello cherries which you use in cooking. My mum makes copious amounts of jam every year, we have so much fruit in our garden we don't know what to do with it all
